Gary Thomas Iscoe

Co founder, sr. partner

Gary Iscoe has been an attorney since 1991 when he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Iscoe worked his way through law school as a litigation clerk for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company gaining insight into the workings of an Insurance Company. He credits his work as a defense attorney for helping him learn the defense's side of the case-a skill essential to his current practice. Mr. Iscoe knew that he would rather fight to help people rather than defend big companies. In 1997, he decided to become a co-founder of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A.

As a founding partner of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene, P.A., Mr. Iscoe concentrates his practice exclusively in personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability matters. Licensed to practice law in both Florida state and federal courts, he has more than 15 years of professional legal experience, including successfully litigating over a dozen wrongful death negligence cases.

Mr. Iscoe graduated summa cum laude from the City University of New York, Hunter College, with a degree in Communications. Prior to college, Mr. Iscoe volunteered and served in the U.S. Army as a law clerk at the Staff Judge Advocate's Office, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York.

Since 1997, Mr. Iscoe has represented only people and their families, handling a wide variety of injury, wrongful death, and product liability claims. He has litigated cases throughout the state and federal Courts in Florida including but not limited to Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Martin, Port St. Lucie, Indian River, Lee, Polk, and Orange Counties.

Mr. Iscoe has received multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Palm Beach Justice Association, and Florida Justice Association. He has served as a Florida Bar Grievance Subcommittee Chair and is a member of numerous other Florida Bar Subcommittees.
