Robert R. Reynolds IV
Florida Attorney
Robert Reynolds IV is an A-V Rated, board-certified civil trial lawyer who has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1987. He has lived in the county for more than 35 years having graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1980. He then graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Law in 1987.
Mr. Reynolds began his legal career in the West Palm Beach State Attorney's office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from DUI to murder. After three years, he began his civil law career by practicing insurance defense. Thereafter, he started his own firm which, in 11 years, grew to 14 attorneys with two offices in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
He carries on a family heritage of legal affiliation and public service. Inspired by his great-grandfather, a U.S. Senator, Mr. Reynolds was the youngest elected mayor in the state of Florida.
Board certification, the highest level of recognition for competency and experience by The Florida Bar, confirms an attorney has met rigorous standards set forth by the Supreme Court of Florida. These include peer review, written examination, and a minimum of 50 hours continuing legal education and numerous jury trials as lead attorney. Mr. Reynolds, a specialist in trial law, was declared a board certified trial lawyer in 1996 and then achieved re-certification in 2001 and 2006.
This distinction of an A-V Rating by Martindale-Hubbell states that Mr. Reynolds possesses "very high ethical standards and very high-preeminent legal ability."
His practice is now exclusively representing the injured by using his 14 years of insurance defense experience in order to obtain the highest possible awards for his clients. Throughout his career, he has tried nearly 100 jury trials to verdict.
